held within the framework of the International Year of Planet Earth.
The organizers of the 10th anniversary Forum are the United Nations Organization, UNESCO, World Meteorological Organization, Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Federal Agency for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, the Federal Agency of Geodesy and Cartography, UNEP National Committee for Russia, Government of Nizhniy Novgorod Region, Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering and Nizhniy Novgorod Trade Fair.
