The director of Federal agency of water resourses Rustem Hamitov said during the video conference which was hold 10 april that  Russia and China agreed to install the warning systems on the case of contamination of the transborder waters.  

He added that the parties signed an agreement which bounds Russia and China to exchange the information and to take all the necessary measures in the case of any force-majeure situation.

Rustem Hamitov also noted the importance of such agreement because in a force-majeure situation is extremely important to have fast access to the information.
